Ring Size Guide

Measure your ring or finger to find your US ring size.

Have a ring that fits?

Measure an Existing Ring

You’ll need: a well-fitting ring and a millimeter ruler.

Measure the inside diameter of a ring, from one inner edge to the other.
  1. Choose a ring that fits the same finger and hand you plan to wear your new ring on.
  2. Lay it flat and measure straight across the center, from inner edge to inner edge. Do not include the metal band.
  3. Find your measurement in the Inside diameter column of the chart below.

Measure Your Finger

You’ll need: a thin paper strip, a pen and a millimeter ruler.

  1. Wrap the paper around the base of your finger. Keep it snug and flat, without squeezing your skin.
  2. Mark where the paper overlaps. Lay it flat and measure from the starting edge to the mark in millimeters.
  3. Find your measurement in the Finger circumference column of the chart below.

Measure two or three times. At-home measurements are a guide; a professional jeweler can help confirm your size.

Before You Choose Your Size

When should I measure?

Measure toward the end of the day, with your hands at a comfortable temperature. Avoid measuring when your fingers are unusually cold or swollen, and repeat the measurement to check your result.

What if I’m between sizes?

A slightly larger size may feel more comfortable, but the best fit depends on the ring’s design. Send us your measurement and the style you’re considering so we can help before you order.

Does the band width affect the fit?

Wider bands can feel tighter than narrow bands in the same size. If you’re choosing a wide band or wearing several rings together, ask us for sizing advice.

How should a ring fit?

Your ring should feel secure at the base of your finger and pass over your knuckle with a little resistance. It should not feel painfully tight or slide off easily.
