Refund policy

Return Eligibility

At Yliaster, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.

  • Items below $12,000 may be returned for either a refund to the original payment method, less the applicable recycling fee, or full store credit with the recycling fee waived.
  • Items of $12,000 or above may be returned for full store credit only.

All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

Recycling Fee

To support responsible jewelry practices, returned pieces may require professional inspection, diamond removal, metal recovery, and material recycling. When a refund is issued to the original payment method, a recycling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The recycling fee is waived when the return is processed as Yliaster store credit.

Applicable recycling fees:

  • Engagement Rings: US$250
  • Wedding Bands: US$45
  • Made-to-Order Fine Jewelry: US$65

Yliaster store credit may be used toward future purchases on our website. Store credit is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and does not expire.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include your order number and reason for return in your request.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
