Limited Warranty Coverage

We proudly offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of delivery on all fine jewelry purchases.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear, including:

  • Loose prongs caused by manufacturing issues
  • Faulty clasps or closures
  • Structural defects in the setting
  • Craftsmanship-related issues affecting normal use

If a qualifying issue arises within the warranty period, we will inspect the item and, at our discretion, repair or replace the piece without additional labor charges.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or surface abrasions
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper storage
  • Loss or theft

Center stone loss is not covered if caused by negligence, accidental impact, or failure to maintain regular inspections.

Lab-Grown Diamond Assurance
