Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items in their original condition.
Customized, engraved, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship to multiple countries. Shipping availability and costs vary by destination. Please contact support@yliaster.com to confirm delivery availability and shipping costs for your country before placing an order.
When will I get my order?
Our jewelry is made to order. Standard pieces require approximately 15 business days for production after order confirmation. Fully bespoke pieces require approximately 30 business days after final design or CAD approval. Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx takes an estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch, in addition to production time. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes.
Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds.
The only difference is how they are created.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes.
Selected diamonds come with grading reports from recognized laboratories such as IGI, where applicable.
Are lab-grown diamonds ethical?
Yes.
Our diamonds are conflict-free and created with significantly lower environmental impact than traditional mining.
What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is crafted in 14K and 18K solid gold, paired with premium lab-grown diamonds.
Are lab-grown diamonds a more responsible choice?
Lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments without traditional diamond mining. This allows for greater supply-chain transparency and may reduce certain environmental and social impacts associated with mining. Environmental impact can vary depending on the production process and energy sources used.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes.
Our fine jewelry is designed for everyday wear. We recommend removing it before heavy physical activity or exposure to harsh chemicals.
How do I find my ring size?

Can I shower or swim with my jewelry?
While solid gold is durable, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or using cleaning products to preserve its beauty.
Can my ring be resized?
Most rings can be resized.
